Motor core by vacuum impregnation and lamination.
High core occupancy rate is expected! Prototyping can be done with wire processing machines at low cost and short delivery times.
As for the lamination technology of motor cores, traditionally, dowel pin fastening and welding were common. However, when laminated using dowel pin fastening or welding, there was a disadvantage that the insulating coating of the electromagnetic steel sheets could be damaged, leading to the generation of eddy currents. Therefore, we established a technology called "vacuum impregnation adhesive lamination," which involves vacuuming the adhesive to penetrate between the layers and laminate the core. Since we use adhesive for lamination, it is possible to protect the insulating coating. This helps suppress the generation of eddy currents, reducing iron losses and thus minimizing energy loss. 【Advantages】 ■ No damage to the insulating coating during lamination - Non-energized cores without current can be achieved between layers ■ High packing density of the core (98-99%) can be expected ■ Capable of accommodating thin sheets and complex-shaped cores *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
